Αγαπητοί γονείς / μαθητές,

Με μεγάλη χαρά σας καλωσορίζουμε πίσω στο σχολείο μας και σας ευχόμαστε μια υπέροχη ακαδημαϊκή χρονιά!

ΠΑΡΑΚΑΛΟΥΜΕ ΟΠΩΣ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΘΕΙΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΠΙΟ ΚΑΤΩ ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΑ ΘΕΜΑΤΑ:

ΕΝΑΡΞΗ ΜΑΘΗΜΑΤΩΝ
Τα μαθήματα αρχίζουν στις 4 Σεπτεμβρίου (Δευτέρα) και στις 5 Σεπτεμβρίου (Τρίτη).
Τα τμήματα της κυρίας Ξένιας αρχίζουν στις 6 Σεπτεμβρίου (Τετάρτη).
* Τις μέρες και ώρες των μαθημάτων σας μπορείτε να τις βρείτε στο CLASSTER (στη κατηγορία Calendar & Timetable – Timetable).

Τα πιο κάτω μαθήματα θα ξεκινήσουν ως ακολούθως:

• Daily Homework Club στις 7 Σεπτεμβρίου (Πέμπτη)
• FunEcole A & B στις 11 Σεπτεμβρίου (Δευτέρα)
• IELTS στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου (Τετάρτη)
• Russian Classes στις 2 Οκτωβρίου (Δευτέρα)
• Speaking Classes (εκτός IGCSE Workshop) στις 2 Οκτωβρίου (Δευτέρα)
• Adult Classes στις 2 Οκτωβρίου (Δευτέρα)

ΚΑΛΩΣΟΡΙΣΜΑ / ΕΙΣΟΔΟΙ & ΕΞΟΔΟΙ ΦΡΟΝΤΙΣΤΗΡΙΟΥ
Θα καλωσορίσουμε τα παιδιά σας και εσάς στο θεατράκι του σχολείου και χώρο πρασίνου, στην πίσω αυλή (πάρκινγκ). Ακολούθως τα παιδιά θα οδηγηθούν στις τάξεις τους από τους καθηγητές τους μέσω της καφετέριας, που είναι και η επίσημη είσοδος του φροντιστηρίου για τους μαθητές. Τα παιδιά μετά το μάθημα τους θα αποχωρούν από τις τάξεις τους από τις πίσω σκάλες και εξόδους, για να αποφευχθεί ο συνωστισμός, και θα τα παραλαμβάνετε είτε από το θεατράκι, είτε από τον χώρο πρασίνου δίπλα από το παρκινγκ, είτε από την καφετέρια.
* Σημείωση: Παρακαλούμε όπως τα παιδιά βρίσκονται στην καφετέρια 5 λεπτά πριν το μάθημα τους και όπως τα παραλαμβάνετε 5 λεπτά μετά τη λήξη του μαθήματος. Για την ασφάλεια των μαθητών σε περίπτωση που καθυστερήσετε να τα παραλάβετε, παρακαλώ ενημερώστε την γραμματεία.

ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΕΣ CLASSTER, TEAMS & MESSENGER
Όλοι οι γονείς και μαθητές ανεξαιρέτως, πρέπει να έχουν πρόσβαση στην πλατφόρμα CLASSTER (συνιστάται από το application & από το browser στο κινητό ή στον υπολογιστή σας), για περαιτέρω ενημέρωση. Οι κωδικοί πρόσβασης παραμένουν οι ίδιοι από την προηγούμενη χρονιά. Αν έχετε πρόβλημα, παρακαλώ αποταθείτε άμεσα στην γραμματεία.
Μέσω αυτής της πλατφόρμας, θα έχετε πρόσβαση στο ωρολόγιο πρόγραμμα των παιδιών σας, θα ενημερώνεστε άμεσα για τυχόν αργοπορία και απουσία στο μάθημα, θα πληροφορείστε για όλα τα ακαδημαϊκά θέματα και θα έχετε και την δυνατότητα πληρωμής διδάκτρων.
Επίσης, σημαντικό είναι όλα τα παιδιά να έχουν κατεβάσει την εφαρμογή TEAMS (που θα χρησιμοποιούν με τους ίδιους κωδικούς που έχουν για το CLASSTER) και τα πιο μεγάλα παιδιά (SkyTeens B/C, SkyWalkers, IGCSE etc.) να έχουν την εφαρμογή MESSENGER στα κινητά τους για πιο άμεση επικοινωνία με τους καθηγητές τους.

ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΑ ΕΞΕΤΑΣΕΩΝ
Μέχρι στιγμής έχουμε πάρει τα αποτελέσματα των IGCSE & A’LEVELS για τους απόφοιτους μας. Για ακόμα μια χρονιά είμαστε πολύ περήφανοι για τα άριστα και πέραν κάθε προσδοκίας τελικά αποτελέσματα των μαθητών μας. Τα αποτελέσματα των εξετάσεων GCELE (για τα επίπεδα 1-8) θα ανακοινωθούν πριν το  τέλος Οκτωβρίου.

ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΤΙΚΕΣ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΣ & ΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΓΙΑ ΠΑΝΕΠΙΣΤΗΜΙΑ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΥ
Καλό θα ήταν όλα τα παιδιά της 1ης, 2ας και 3ης λυκείου να κλείσουν έγκαιρα τα δωρεάν ραντεβού τους με τους συμβούλους σπουδών μας, για να διασφαλίσουν τις κατάλληλες πληροφορίες για το ότι έχει να κάνει με το ακαδημαϊκό τους μέλλον. Αυτό συμπεριλαμβάνει πληροφορίες για τις κατευθύνσεις στο σχολείο, ακαδημαϊκά τεστ προσωπικότητας, επιπλέον εξετάσεις/διπλώματα που θα χρειαστούν καθώς και αιτήσεις για εισδοχή σε πανεπιστήμια του εξωτερικού.
Επίσης, έχουμε την τιμή να λαμβάνουμε σημαντικά ποσά σε υποτροφίες για τους μαθητές μας, για Κύπρο, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, Ελβετία και Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής.

Παράκληση μας είναι να εξοφλήσετε τις οφειλές σας (δίδακτρα, βιβλία) με απόλυτη ασφάλεια μέσω της διαδικτυακής πλατφόρμας JCC Smart https://www.jccsmart.com/e-bill/21184023, η μέσω κάρτας αφού τηλεφωνήσετε στο 25316015 ή στο 25879119 για να πάρετε τον κωδικό της οικογένειάς σας. Αυτό θα μειώσει την φυσική παρουσία για πληρωμές και θα βοηθήσει την γραμματεία μας να εξυπηρετήσει τόσο τα υφιστάμενα παιδιά και γονείς όσο και τα παιδιά που επισκέπτονται το σχολείο για νέες εγγραφές.

Dear parents / students,

It is with great joy that we welcome you back to our school, wishing you an excellent academic year ahead!

PLEASE BE INFORMED ABOUT THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT ISSUES:

LESSONS START DATES
Lessons start on September 4th (Monday) and September 5th (Tuesday).
Mrs. Xenia’s classes start on September 6th (Wednesday).
* The days and times of your lessons can be found on CLASSTER (in the category Calendar & Timetable – Timetable).

The following courses will start as follows:

• Daily Homework Club on September 7th (Thursday)
• FunEcole A & B on September 11th (Monday)
• IELTS on September 13th (Wednesday)
• Russian Classes on October 2nd (Monday)
• Speaking Classes (excluding IGCSE Workshop) on October 2nd (Monday)
• Adult Classes on October 2nd (Monday)

STUDENTS WELCOMING / ENTRY & EXIT
We will welcome you and your children at the school theatre and green area, at the back of our institute (parking). Then, the children will be accompanied by their teachers to their classrooms through the cafeteria, which is the official entrance of our institute. After their lesson, students will leave their classrooms from the back stairs and exits, to avoid overcrowding, and you will pick them up either from the theatre, from the green area next to the parking lot, or from the cafeteria.
* Note: Please make sure that the children are in the cafeteria 5 minutes before their lesson and that you pick them up 5 minutes after the end of the lesson. In case you are late, for the safety of our students, please inform the front desk.

CLASSTER, TEAMS & MESSENGER APPLICATIONS
All parents and students must have access to the CLASSTER platform (recommended from the application and the browser on your mobile or computer devices), for further information. The passwords remain the same from last year. If you have a problem, contact our front desk.
Through this platform, you will have access to your children’s timetable, you will be informed immediately of any lateness or absence from class as well as all academic matters. You will also be able to pay tuition fees through this platform.
It is also important that all children have downloaded the TEAMS application (which they will use with the same credentials they have for CLASSTER) and older children (SkyTeens B/C, SkyWalkers, IGCSE etc.) the MESSENGER application on their mobiles, for a more immediate communication with their teachers.

EXAM RESULTS
Up until now, we have received the results of our graduate students for the IGCSE & A ’LEVELS exams. We are very proud of the excellent and beyond all expectations final results of our students. The results of the GCELE exams (for Levels 1-8) will be announced before the end of October.

EDUCATIONAL ADVICE & UNIVERSITY APPLICATIONS
It is advisable for all 1st, 2nd and 3rd high school students to book their free appointments with our academic advisors to ensure proper information regarding their academic future. This includes information on school orientations, academic personality tests, additional exams/diplomas that might be needed as well as applications for admission to universities abroad.
We are also honored to receive significant amounts in scholarships for universities in Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States of America.

PAYMENTS
Please arrange all outstanding tuition and book fees with safety, by calling us at 25316015 or 25879119 and making sure you have your family account and using it on the JCC Smart https://www.jccsmart.com/e-bill/21184023 or by credit card. This will minimize physical presence and allow our administration team to assist both existing children and parents as well as children visiting the school for new enrolments.
